and the way the animals are arranged in the image made me think that the animals themself are the puzzle and that is not a Sonography challenge.
My first thought was that using the first letter of the animal’s name will give me something. Doing this, using Google’s reverse image search function for the animals I didn’t know gave me the following text:
could you tell me the secret message yes its igesaveemallpls
Which gives us the flag: IGE{saveemallpls}.
